In profound sorrow we remember the portrait of the life of Mr. Lemuel Govan, Sr. of Norway, South Carolina. Lemuel traded time for eternity on the afternoon of February 27, 2024 joining his wife, Judy Parler Govan; Daughter, Tiffany M. Govan; and his Grandson, Duane. As his parting leaves a void in the hearts of his loving children, and devoted grandchildren he will forever be cherished with remembered joy.
