Mrs. Donnelly Hart Obituary

Donella Burkett Hart was born on June 7, 1942 to Harriet Austin and Malvirs Burkett in Norway, South Carolina. A true angel from our heavenly father has been granted peace and returned home on November 9, 2021.

Donnella, also known as Don attended Norfield twelve year school in Norway, South Carolina. The “Youngladay” as her husband calls her had a beautiful soul who cared for her entire family and for the generations that followed.

Don loved smiling, laughing, music, dancing, being a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife and a grandmother. A pillar and staple to every life she encounters, Donnella Burkett Hart exudes elegance and embodies a Queen.

Donella was united in holy matrimony to her amazing and courageous husband, Charlie Lee Hart. Don and Chic Hart as she likes to call him were blessed to be role models to their six children.

Those left to cherish her precious memories are her husband, Charlie Lee Hart; her children, Charles Hart, Charlene Tyler, Zachary Burkett, Jaineen Burkett, Charmain Burkett, and Charlet Burkett; her grandchildren, Johnnie, Donnell, Dontae Padilla, Brandon Huff, Monet Burkett, Tanejah Burkett, Terell Burkett, Mahlik Sims, De Sean Jordan, Shaquan Burkett, Aryjai Sims, Rellquan Burkett, Channel Burkett, Darius Burkett, Khalil Burkett, Imani Burkett, DeSa’ Jordan, Kevin Burkett, Akillya Ruiz, Joschlynn Young, Zariah Burkett, Kimeko Burkett, Zyasia Burkett, and Seth Vinson; great grandchildren; siblings, Sarah Hill, Winslow Burkett, Billy Ray Burkett, Glennon Burkett, Michael Burkett, Wanda Milhouse, Tanya Burkett, Tracey James, Paul Burkett, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
